17-4 heat treated stainless steel high angle misalignment spacer allows uniball to freely pivot achieving a higher control arm angle increasing wheel travel.
All joints are 100% MIG welded by professional welders in the USA.
CNC machined out of Delrin for precision fitment, Delrin bushings lubricate themselves, hold higher tolerances, are stronger and last considerably longer than urethane bushings.
Durable laser cut stainless steel tags are riveted into place to ensure that no matter what you put your Mazzulla Offroad products through they will remain in place year after year.
A 1" heat treated 4340 Chromoly Teflon lined uniball replaces the factory ball joint correcting suspension geometry and achieving more wheel travel while being significantly stronger than the factory ball joint.
Pivot cups are CNC machined for a perfect fit to a 1/4" thickness for extra strength with zerk fittings to make lubricating the Delrin bushings easy and painless.
Precision machined extra thick 3/16" crush sleeves provide more surface area for the strongest and most solid fitment possible to your trucks factory pivot mounts.
A counter sunk uniball spacer with 12 point aircraft grade hardware completes the streamlined design.
The internally gusseted boxed construction provides unmatched strength and durability.
